ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Web pages available at https://www.info.or.id, owned and operated by Kartoenbitjara Indonesia Foundation (“Yayasan KI”) which is registered as a foundation in legal jurisdiction of Republic of Indonesia, and is accessed by you under the terms and conditions of use described below (“terms of use”).
READ THE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SERVICES. BY ACCESSING THIS SITE OR USING ANY PART OF SITE OR CONTENTS OR SERVICES (EACH SECTION DEFINED BELOW) ON SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THEN YOU MAY NOT ACCESS SITE OR USE CONTENT OR SERVICES ON THIS SITE. ACCEPTANCE OF INFOLIGEN BE CLEARLY conditioned on YOUR AGREEMENT to ALL TERMS and CONDITIONS, at the EXCLUSION of ALL OTHER TERMS; IF TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE CONSIDERED AN OFFER BY INFOLIGEN, ACCEPTANCE ISCLEARLY LIMITED.
PROGRAM
Program or Infoligen’s site and other graphics, logos, designs, page headers, button icons, scripts, categories, discussions and service names are registered in the administration of Yayasan KI according to applicable law for the agency or Foundation in the Republic of Indonesia and/or other countries. Infoligen is part of Open Access Focus Program is realized by Kartoenbitjara Indonesia Foundation. Any content in this program is dedicated to development of science in Indonesia and international. So no one else copyrighted content, patent, or other licenses that bind every science in this program in question against commercial interests and causes loss of essence of public disclosure.
MODIFICATION OF TERMS OF USE
Infoligen reserves right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace the terms of use at any time. You are responsible for reviewing and becoming familiar with any such modifications. Use of service(s) by you after such notice constitutes acceptance of terms and conditions of its modification(s).
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Subject to full compliance with the terms of use, Infoligen may offer to provide certain services and content, as described more fully on site (“services”). Services include, but are not limited to, any service and content of Infoligen is open source for you, as well as victims of any materials displayed, transmitted or performed on this site or through services (including but not limited to the user’s mailbox and/or comments which may contain information, data, news articles, photographs, images, illustrations, software, audio clips and video clips, also known as “content“). Infoligen may change, suspend or discontinue the services including any content for any reason, at any time, including the availability of any feature or content. Infoligen can also specify limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to part or all of services without notice or liability. Infoligen services include but are not limited to messaging and information posting, discussion, references, news, categories, discussions and research groups on its services.
BRAND
Wordmark of Infoligen is brand of goods and/or services owned and overseen by Kartoenbitjara Indonesia Foundation. Scope of brand‘s name and logo of Infoligen. Objectives and use of Infoligen’s brand must comply with our brand policy.
REGISTRATION
As a condition to using services, you are required to submit a minimum of one (1) article (“information”). Then, the editor of Infoligen will do the checks and publish your article. So that, you can still use our services. Before it, you must provide registration information accurate, complete, and up-to-date to register. Also, you can do it by your social account(s). Failure to do so shall constitute a breach of these terms of use, which may result in immediate termination of your Infoligen account. You may not (i) select or use as a user identity of other people in Infoligen with intent to impersonate that person, (ii) use as a user identity in Infoligen to any rights of a person other than you without appropriate authorization, or (iii) use as a user identity in Infoligen that is offensive, vulgar or obscene. Infoligen reserves right to refuse registration of, or cancel a user’s identity in Infoligen in this policy. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Service is available only for all individuals who wish to participate and share information.
USER BEHAVIOR
As a terms of use, you promise not to use the service for a purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms of use, or any other purpose not reasonably intended by Infoligen as stated in the Disclaimer of Infoligen’s network or community.
By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree not to use the service:
abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate other Infoligen users;
to post or transmit, or cause to be posted or transmitted, any content that is infringing, libelous, obscene, pornographic, abusive, offensive, indecent, or unlawful or of third parties;
for illegal or unauthorized purposes. If you are an international user, you agree to comply with all applicable local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content;
to create or submit unwanted email (“spam“) to any other Infoligen users or any URL;
to violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws);
with the exception of accessing RSS feeds, you will not use any robot, spider, or other automated means to access site for any purpose without our written permission. In addition, you agree that you will not: (i) take any action that imposes, or may charge us the burden of unreasonable or disproportionately on our infrastructure, (ii) disrupting or attempting to interfere with proper working of site or any activities conducted on site and/or program Yayasan KI, or (iii) cut every action we use to prevent or restrict access to site;
try to imitate another user or person;
Infoligen can delete content(s) and account(s) on Infoligen at any time for any reason including, but not limited to, upon receipt of claims or allegations from third parties or authorities relating to material, or for no reason at all. To report terms of use abuse, please email: [email protected].
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users of site. Infoligen reserves right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other users.
COPYRIGHT COMPLAINTS
Infoligen is creative commons license users with all the rules of derivatives license (as noted in other sections of this site), means any content published will be using same license, but user has right to freely choose a license that will appear in service (text, pictures, maps, and/or other mean which indicates that process).
Infoligen respects the intellectual property of others. Infoligen’s policy is to respond promptly to claims of copyright and other intellectual property infringement. Infoligen soon will process and investigate notices of alleged infringement and will take appropriate action law intellectual property. After receiving notice referred to, Infoligen can act promptly to remove or disable access to material claimed to be infringing or claimed to be subject of infringing activity and may act as soon as possible to remove or disable access to any reference or link to material or activity that is claimed to be infringing. Infoligen will disable access to infringing recurring discussion.
INDEMNIFICATION
You will indemnify and hold Infoligen, Yayasan KI, users, officers and employees from any damage, liability or expense (including reasonable attorneys fees and cost) from (i) any claim or demand made by third parties due to or a rising out of your post on site, use of the service, violation of these terms of use by you, or infringement by you, or any third party using your account or user identity on Infoligen , of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS
You acknowledge that Infoligen has no control over, and does not take any action regarding: which users gain access to site or use services; impact of such content against you, how can you interpret or use content, or what action may be necessary as a result of which it has been exposed to content. You release Infoligen from all responsibility because you have acquired or not acquired Content through site or services. Site or services may contain, or direct you to sites containing, information that some people may find offensive or inappropriate. Infoligen makes no representations about content contained in or accessed through site or services, and Infoligen will not be responsible or liable for accuracy, copyright compliance, legality or decency of material contained in or accessed through site or services. THE SERVICES, CONTENT, AND SITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Because Infoligen has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that Infoligen is not responsible for availability of external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products or other materials contained in or available on site or other resources. You further acknowledge and agree that Infoligen shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any other website or resource.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, YAYASAN KI OR INFOLIGEN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE IN CONTRACT, TORT LAW, LIABILITY, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER LEGAL THEORY (I) WITH RESPECT TO SITE, SERVICES OR CONTENT FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, OR OTHER DAMAGES OF ANY TYPE, SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES (HOWEVER APPEAR)
Infoligen network, Yayasan KI, and partner agencies are not responsible for content of user submitted content.
TERMINATION
Infoligen may terminate or discontinue any and all services and your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you violate any of these terms or conditions. After termination of your account, your right to use services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account with Infoligen, you can stop using service. All provisions of these terms of use which by their nature should survive termination will survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, refusal of warranty, indemnity and limitation of liability.
OTHERS
No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment is created as a result of the terms of use and you do not have any authority to bind Infoligen in any case. Failure(s) of either party to exercise in any respect rights set here will not be considered a waiver of rights of any follow-up. Infoligen is not responsible for any failure to perform its obligations to letter, in which failure results from causes beyond control of Infoligen, including, without limitation, mechanical, electronic or communications failure or degradation (including interference “line-noise“). If any provision of terms of use obtained unenforceable or invalid, that provision should be limited or eliminated to minimum extent necessary so that these terms of use shall remain in full force and enforceable. These terms of use cannot be transferred, transferable or sub-licensed by you except with prior written consent from Infoligen. Infoligen can transfer, provide or submit terms of use and rights and obligations without consent. Terms of use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with laws of Republic of Indonesia deviate from sentence above, (but with not neglecting rights of Infoligen to obtain equitable relief or other legal decision in a Court of competent jurisdiction), any disputes arising with respect to this agreement should be referred to National Board of arbitration of Arbitration Board or national Indonesia (arbitrator). Written decision of arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties. Arbitration process will supported above and heard in Bahasa Indonesia. In any action or proceeding to enforce rights under terms of use, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover costs and attorneys’ fees. Both parties agree that these terms of use are complete and exclusive statement of mutual understanding of parties and supersedes and cancels all previous written and oral agreements, communications and other understandings relating to subject matter of these terms of use, and that all modifications must be in a writing signed by both parties, unless other is specified in this document.

With Infoligen, you can express yourself by writing and join discussion, post a comment. The only purpose of this site is to build knowledge, develop open source and non-profit educational purposes for egalitarian. To that end, we will take appropriate steps to ensure protection of our users.
In Infoligen, privacy and security are very important to us. Information(s) we collect from you will be stored securely and will never be sold to third parties. When you register for our services, we use your information to improve our services, and to allow us to contact you if and when necessary. This is the only reason that we ask you for your personal information. Your information will only be handled by right person in Yayasan KI and we will never ask for additional information such as social security or financial information.

As a website, it can be accessed by anyone, your information can be viewed by anyone who accesses web site. Please do not send you information if you do not want wider community can access this information.

In Infoligen, we also appreciate safety of children under the age of thirteen. We will never intentionally collect personal information, including name, email address or other information. Children under age of thirteen allows to register our service without parental consent. However, Infoligen will perform a special attention over these possibilities without affecting distribution of open source science. If there are children under age of thirteen to convey personal information which allows influence policy or require parental consent through registration process, information will immediately be informed by Infoligen’s team. If you have knowledge about children under age of thirteen who use our website is incorrect, please let us know immediately.
